Two more students at the University of Pennsylvania spent Sunday night in the hospital with flu-like symptoms. Three students were hospitalized last week with meningitis. Two of them are in critical condition, and the other is stable, but school officials say the three are improving. More than 2,000 students were treated at health clinics over the weekend and another clinic is planned for today. Penn canceled all official university and student-sponsored parties over the weekend because the three students with meningitis had contact with fraternities and sororities.
